The Eternal Ice (Japanese: えいえんのこおり Eternal Ice) is a Key item introduced in Pokémon Legends: Arceus.

The Eternal Ice is the favorite food of the noble Pokémon of Alabaster Icelands, Hisuian Avalugg. It is an ingredient required to make the Snow Balms necessary to quell its frenzy, as well as in its rematches.
